May increase plasma methotrexate levels leading to toxicity if administered within 2-4 hours of methotrexate admin. Risk of convulsions with quinolones.

•Hypersensitivity. Moderate to severe renal or  hepatic impairment severe heart failure pregnancy (third trimester).
