Diclofenac Sodium 50mg+ Trypsin 48mg+ Bromelain 90mg+ Rutoside Trihydrate 100mg
Overview of Trypsin + Bromelain + Rutoside + Diclofenac Tablets:
Trypin-D Tablets contains Trypsin, Bromelain, Rutoside Trihydrate and Diclofenac. It is a synergistic combination of naturally occuring systemic enzymes (Trypsin and Bromelain), phytonutrient (Rutoside Trihydrate), anti-inflammatory and analgesic (Diclofenac).
Trypsin and Bromelain belongs to the class of naturally occuring systemic enzymes and Rutoside Trihydrate is a phytonutrient. Diclofenac belongs to the class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID) with antipyretic and analgesic actions.
One Trypin-D Tablet three times a day or as directed by Physician.
Trypsin and Bromelain are proteolytic enzymes. They break peptide bond inside protein molecules. Bromelain exerts anti-inflammatory activity by affecting prostaglandin synthesis. Rutoside is a glycoside and has antioxidant effect. It increases the strength of the walls of the blood capillaries and regulates their permeability. Diclofenac inhibit both leukocyte migration and the enzyme cylooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2), leading to the peripheral inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
No clinic trials have been concluded to evaluate the drug interaction of Trypsin, Bromelain and Rutoside Tablet. However, no evidence of incompatibility of this combination with other simultaneously administered drugs has been reported.
